Founded in 2002, Family Education and Counseling Center, Inc., is a non-profit, faith-based organization providing counseling services to people from three to eighty-three who live in and around the Yankton area. We are integrated and connected within the community. Thus, the benefits of counseling can be vast, and help bring added meaning to the lives and relationships of individuals, couples and families.
FECC’s Counselors tailor services to each individual situation, from play therapy to anger management, with confidentiality and privacy as top priorities.
FECC is an NHSC Approved Agency.
Our Mission Statement
The Family Education and Counseling Center’s mission is to provide quality education and counseling to families, couples, and individuals in Yankton and the surrounding area who, for any reason, are not having their needs met through other resources. Ours is a non-profit, faith-based organization. No one is turned away because of inability to pay, and we strive to assure that all will be treated with respect.
